Not connected? Fix it step by step

In most cases you do not need to reinstall the eSIM. Follow the steps in order and change one setting at a time.

Quick check first

  1. 1Make sure the TASIMLA eSIM is enabled and selected for mobile data.
  2. 2Enable Data Roaming for the TASIMLA eSIM.
  3. 3Restart the phone after activation.
  4. 4If it still does not connect, use manual network selection below.

In Cellular / SIM settings, make sure the TASIMLA eSIM is selected for mobile data.

  3. 3

  3. 3

Check APN only if one was provided

    Turn off automatic selection

In the eSIM network settings, disable Automatic Network Selection.

  2. 2

  3. 3

    Try another supported operator

If the first network does not connect or has no data, try another supported operator and wait about a minute between attempts.

  1. 1

Check whether the eSIM is already installed

  2. 2

Do not delete an installed eSIM

If the eSIM is already installed, do not delete it just to retry before contacting support.

  3. 3

    Open TASIMLA Support

If installation failed and the eSIM is not present, contact us with your order number before trying again.

Deleting an already installed eSIM can prevent reinstallation with the same QR code.
