Device compatibility
Before purchase, customers should confirm that their device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked in a way that prevents its use. Support may vary by exact model, version, sales region, carrier and device configuration.
Ordering and payment

Delivery of the eSIM

Installation and activation
Follow the instructions supplied with your eSIM. Avoid unnecessarily deleting an installed profile: deletion, reinstallation or moving an eSIM between devices may be subject to technical restrictions.
